Our processing facilities are designed to produce high-quality coffee with consistent flavor profiles. We process coffee using a variety of methods, including washed, honey, and natural, depending on the unique micro-climates in which our coffee is grown. Our processing protocols have been developed through years of research and experimentation, and we’re constantly testing and refining our approach to produce the best coffee possible.

Our central processing stations include state-of-the-art equipment for pulping, washing, fermentation, and drying. We carefully monitor each stage of the process to ensure that the coffee is processed correctly and consistently. This attention to detail, including temperature and humidity, results in coffee that consistently scores high on the table.

We’re committed to exploring new processing approaches to produce even better coffees. In addition to producing high-quality coffees, we’re also committed to training our farmers in community-based processing. Our processing staff use our central processing stations to train farmers in the best practices for processing coffee.
